Japan Executive Communication Assessment — Terms of Service

第1条（予約・利用） / Article 1 (Booking and Use)
1.    本コンサルティングの予約は、当社が指定する予約システムを通じて行うものとします。予約者は、予約時に正確かつ最新の情報を提供するものとします。
     Reservations for the consultation shall be made through the booking system designated by TABIJI Japanese (“TABIJI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation.
2.    本コンサルティングは、予約時に表示された日時および方法により実施します。日時の変更またはキャンセルについては、予約時に表示される案内に従ってください。
     The consultation will be provided at the date, time, and by the method indicated at the time of booking. Any rescheduling or cancellation shall be handled in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of booking.

第2条（本コンサルティングの内容） / Article 2 (Consultation)
1.    本コンサルティングでは、日本語学習上の目標、課題、現在の状況等を確認し、当社のサービス、学習方法等について情報提供等を行います。
     The consultation is intended to discuss your Japanese-language learning goals, challenges, current situation, and possible learning methods or services offered by TABIJI.
2.    本コンサルティングは無料で提供します。本コンサルティングにおける情報提供・助言は、特定の成果を保証するものではありません。
     The consultation is provided free of charge. Any information or advice provided during the consultation does not guarantee any particular result or outcome.
3.    本コンサルティングの後に有料の講座、レッスン、コンサルティングその他のサービスを申し込む場合は、別途そのサービスの利用条件および料金等が適用されます。
     If you subsequently apply for any paid course, lesson, consultation, or other service, separate terms and fees applicable to that service will apply.

第3条（未成年者） / Article 3 (Minors)
18歳未満の方が本コンサルティングを利用する場合は、親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得た上で予約してください。
If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain the consent of a parent or other legal guardian before booking the consultation.

第4条（個人情報の取扱い） / Article 4 (Personal Information)
当社は、本コンサルティングの予約および実施に際して取得する個人情報を、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
We handle personal information collected in connection with the booking and provision of the consultation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

第5条（利用の中止） / Article 5 (Suspension or Refusal of Consultation)
当社は、虚偽の情報の提供、当社または関係者に対する迷惑行為その他本コンサルティングの実施が適切でないと合理的に判断した場合、予約をお断りし、または本コンサルティングを中止することがあります。
We may refuse or discontinue a consultation if you provide false information, engage in abusive or disruptive conduct toward TABIJI or any related person, or if we reasonably determine that providing the consultation is otherwise inappropriate.

第6条（正文・言語） / Article 6 (Governing Language)
本規約は日本語および英語で作成されています。日本語版と英語版との間に齟齬または矛盾がある場合は、日本語版を優先します。
These Terms of Service are provided in both Japanese and English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
